*If the number of people is higher than the number of sleeping places in the apartment, than you are to pay 50$ more for each additional leaseholder for each night.
Conditions of booking apartment for Euro 2012
- To book apartment for Euro 2012 you are to place the down payment for 3 nights of your stay. By your will you can send money for all period of your stay.
- If you cancel your booking – the down payment is not returned.
- You have a chance to change the dates of your arrival or to change the address of the apartment, which you are going to book, not later than 1 month before 2.06.12.
Conditions of renting apartment during Euro 2012
- Leaseholder is to pay the whole amount of money for renting apartment in the check in day.
- Leaseholder is to leave the deposit for the apartment, which is given back when check out. It ranges from 200 to 500$ dependently on the level of the apartment.
- Leaseholder shall sign an agreement of renting apartment and present the copy of his passport.
Conditions of staying at the apartment
- Check in time starts from 14:00, check out – till 12:00.
- The number of people shouldn’t be higher than the number of sleeping places in the apartment.
- Leaseholder should keep the apartment which he leases and the furniture which is in this apartment in appropriate state.
- Leaseholder is to cover all possible damages, done to lessor.
