We provide the apartments for rent. If you have ordered the transportation from the airport or Railway Station you will be met by our driver with the yellow sign" OLGA Apartments ". Our driver will deliver you either to the apartment or to our office where you can pay for all the term of rent, and necessary documents will be filled, keys are given out. At the moment of your checking in the apartment you sign the contract with our manager, pay full term of your residing, receive a guest card with the address and phone number of a rented apartment and a key from the apartment. We accept any method of payment.
The price of apartment includes: bed and kitchen accessories, towels; electricity, hot and cold water, city telecommunication. The cleaning of the apartment is done once in 5 days with replacement of bedclothes and towels at any time convenient for you. Also you can order cleaning of apartment and to replace linen at any time for additional payment. The price of apartment does not include: long-distance and international calls, the Internet (0,50 UAH/Mb) (to call in other city or the country you can only have a card the Internet telephony).
Please, inform our managers in advance that you are planning to extend your living in the apartment. Otherwise, it can be booked for another person. In case you fail to check out in time and you do not inform us about it, the chambermaid will start cleaning the apartment at 12 o'clock and your things will be taken to our office.
